battery Tender!!!!

I just bout a new battery for my bike. I am wondering, battery is completely charged, I hooked tender up but states battery is charging. Is it possible my tender of only 4 months is burnt out??

My tender does the same thing even after I bring it home and just shut it off. Just maybe watch it and see how long the tender stay charging. It may only stay for a few minutes depending on what the tender determines is fully charged.

Thanks for that info Mr D. Ya I have only been riding since March, so needless to say, I have not a clue about bikes except how to ride...
