2008 Road King Front Brake Squeal

Squealing brakes, my 2008 Roadking developed a front brake squeal at about the 1500 klm mark and continues to so now at 10,000 klm. Squeals at the last few feet when stopping (5 klm and hour to zero). Dealer says it will stop eventually (LOL). Brembo had a recall on the pads in the US, dealer here says they have heard of any recall. Have any 2008 Road King riders had the same problem and is there a fix. Really embarassing coming to a stop with the brakes sqealling.

It's the "Brembo Chatter" that is causing it. The solution is to put the "toothpaste" on the back of the pads. Seems to work. This "toothpaste" is a copper based compound that Harley uses when they install the new pads. If they have not done this, the pads will squeal. I have been successful using some anti-seize compound but it doesn't last as long and starts to drip when it gets hot. I keep meaning to ask the parts guys if it is available in a tube aside from the pads, but keep forgetting.
