It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of one of our members, Bill Brown, the husband of Lorna Bjorklund Brown on March 23, 2016. Bill and Lorna have been members of the 023 since 2011. As is our tradition in the CMC family, Bill's membership number, 23230 will be forever retired from our roster. Our thoughts and prayer go out to Lorna and her family, as they mourn such a great loss. Bill was predeceased by his father Joseph Brown. He leaves to mourn his wife Lorna, of 35 years; son Kevin (Karyne); mother Margaret; and numerous brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and many friends. After 39 years of working at Land Titles, Bill was excited to retire so that he could spend his days riding his motorcycle, and planning his winter holidays. Bill loved life; he always had a helping hand for everyone. Bill's Memorial Service will take place on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. at 17 Wing Chapel, 2235 Silver Avenue. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. "Just look for me and my Shadow."
