Longtime employee of Bell Canada. Passionate about music, frequent concert-goer, avid golfer and motorcyclist. Passed away suddenly as the result of a motorcycle accident on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at the age of 68. Ron, cherished father of Tara-Lynne McPhate (Steve), Kelly Dawn McPhate (Dan), Wendy Smith (Leonard), and Cindy Allinson (Sean). Loving Poppa to Charlotte May, and Annalise Grace. Dear brother of Janet Ruth Branson (John) and Dorothy McPhate. Uncle to Jason, Jennifer, Melanie, David, and Phil. Son of the late Thomas McPhate and Jean Kirkcaldy.
