19 May, prep bike, pre-pack clothes and camping gear.

Saturday

20 May, 09:00    Meet at the club house, full fuel and empty bladder.

                11:00     Fuel stop Petro-Can Nanoose (105km)

                12:00     Qualicum, The Beach Hut (45km)

                13:00     Cedar Grove Campground (3km)

13:00,    17:00     Set-up camp, find goodies for pot-luck dinner

17:00,    19:00     Pot-luck dinner, beverages,

19:00,    20:00     Clean up, start fire,

                20:00     Naming Ceremony

                21:00     Your time, mingle, enjoy the fire, music.

Remember, if your drinking alcohol, please don’t ride. Our hosts Cedar Grove Campground can provide us with a shuttle if we decide to go out.

Sunday

21 May, 08:00    Meet up near entrance to campground, pass out Tylenols, Gatorade and water. Whispers only please

08:45,    10:00     Breakfast

10:00,    12:00     Ride to Port Alberni with a 1 hour stop at Cathedral Grove (47km)

12:00,    14:00     Meet and greet CMC 037 Port Alberni and lunch

14:00,    15:30     Ride back to Coombs, shop for goodies

15:30,    16:30     Depart Coombs, stop to check out the Coombs Rodeo Grounds, Home of the 2017 CMC 11^th Annual Rally, return to Cedar Grove

Monday

Pack up for ride back to Victoria, breakfast as desired. (153km)

                11:30     Fuel stop in Duncan, possibility to stop for lunch/pies at the Dog House

                13:00     Back at the club house
